Our state-of-the-art infrastructure, located at Mumbai, the economical hub of Maharashtra, is equipped with sophisticated technology and technical know-how to develop and design innovative range of safety products. Our infrastructure is segregated into various departments like manufacturing unit, R&D, warehousing and quality management division. With our modern machines, we are able to achieve our target production with full accuracy and quality. Our production unit is equipped with machines like:

 

• Injection molding machine
• Precision machine
• Stitching machine

These machines are used to punch holes for base plate screw location. Moreover, stitching is carried out by using various thread techniques which gives perfect interlocking and does not wear out with time.

From failure analysis to material testing, our each machine is supported by a wide range of testing and evaluation capabilities. This enables us to manufacture our range of products as per the requirements specified by our clients.

Our Research & Development unit in integrated with a fully equipped lab, where our R&D personnel carry out tests like computer dynamic retention, sound test, free fall test and others. This helps us in the enhancing the range of our products by using advanced technology and machines.  Our researchers conduct meticulous market survey in order to develop highly effective industrial safety equipment and accessories. As per the latest technology, we conduct research activities for designing & development of our range of products.

We have well organized warehousing unit where our range of industrial safety equipment and accessories are stored in systematic manner. Our warehouse is segregated into different sections for storing different products as per their category for easy accommodation. The warehouse is facilitated with various safety measures so as to prevent these equipment from any kind of damage. Further, our storekeepers help us to keep a record of all incoming and outgoing products.

Our packaging unit assists us in offering packaging facility as per the specification of clients. We make use of quality packaging material to ensure the safe delivery of these accessories to our clients.
